Home Decor & Housewares

Furniture – desks, chairs, bed frames, shelves, tables of all kinds, etc., but no rips, stains, odor or broken parts.

Appliances – 7 years old or newer in working condition (please test before bringing such in).

Cabinets and Countertops – solid wood fronts with all doors and drawers, not more than 10 years old.

Doors – Solid wood preferred, please NO hollow core doors or shower doors

Hardware – Most types of tools, machinery, and other durable equipment, in good working order.

Flooring – carpet; unused 100 square foot minimum, linoleum; unused 25 square foot minimum, wood and laminate; full unopened boxes

HVAC – furnaces, ducts work, fans, and vents all in good working order

Lawn & Garden – tools, fencing, bricks and pavers in good condition, working lawn mowers and other lawn-related machinery

Lighting – light fixtures, new and used electrical supplies, all in good working order (please test before donating)

Lumber and Siding – 5 ft or longer, no nails or screws

Paint – labeled containers, minimum 3/4 full. Recycle paint cans with us.

Sinks & Fixtures – clean, no chips, cracks or other defects (please note that we may not be able to take sink donations if we have an abundance of such already for sale)

Roofing – asphalt, wood, metal, tar paper

Tile – quantities over 10 square feet

Toilets – ADA compliant only, white only, no rust or hard water stains

Tools – tools should be clean and in good working order with all parts and pieces. Tools can be related to carpentry, wood-working, gardening, crafting, etc.

Windows – vinyl or wood, undamaged and unfogged, NO aluminum frames.

Electronics - working computers, TV’s, stereo equipment. (though note that you can also recycle old and broken electronics with us).

Adapters - working (please test them before bringing them in).

Sports equipment - should be clean, ready to use, with no broken parts. We accept used golf clubs, golf bags, tennis rackets, pickle ball equipment, badminton equipment, exercise equipment and tents in excellent condition.

Collectibles - for instance, movie-themed lunch boxes, or super hero-themed coffee mugs, etc.

Vintage items - vintage toys or tools, vintage kitchen items, etc.

Note that this list is subject to change, based on the amount of inventory we have at any given moment,

items we CANNOT accept

Items in unsalvageable condition, items that are broken (and are not easily fixed) or items that are missing parts

Aluminum framed windows

Hollow doors

Lumber with nails or screws

Cracked, broken, rotted, or warped lumber/plywood

Used laminate flooring/loose flooring

Any used bedding (and we may have to say no to unopened bedding, depending on warehouse space)

Carpet remnants of less than 100 square feet

Particle board (not contained in a cabinet)

Unframed mirrors or glass

Used shower stalls or used shower tub combination

Drop in stove or ranges

Trash compactors

Clothes and shoes

Baby cribs and other baby furniture (due to the frequency of cribs being recalled due to safety issues)

Baby strollers or car seats

Small kitchen appliances

Unboxed blinds

Dishwashers more than 10-years-old

Hot water heaters

Ceiling fans

Non-ADA compliant toilets

Incandescent bulbs

Smoke or CO2 Detectors

Pianos

Unlabeled containers with something in them (paint, etc.)

Items which contain lead or other hazardous material

Items which may be contaminated with pet hair/dander, smoke, mold any biohazard

Bean bag chairs

Magazines

Dog houses, including plastic igloos
